Hello everyone. How are you? Today’s is short and sweet. (Like me!) Ok. So in celebrity news, who is getting married? Who is having a baby? Who just celebrated their first anniversary? Really? You had an answer for each one of those. (You cannot see me but I am shaking my head right now). Well, while I am a little discouraged that we know so much about celebrities, it is a fact of life. Magazines, entertainment tv shows and reality shows flood us with information. What they wear, what they eat, how much they weigh, who is fighting with who…. And we get caught up. I don’t know. Maybe it is a form of distraction. Maybe it is a little envy creeping in and we are secretly happy that their lives aren’t perfect. Haha. That sounded a little too personal, didn’t it? Well, whether you follow the life of Kim Kardashian or the life of Prince William’s bride, either way, (and I am NOT FUSSING), either way, we place too much emphasis on following (idolizing) a person, just a person. There is only one person that we should follow/idolize. One. I am pretty sure that you know who I am talking about by now. Yep. One guess and you are correct. Ding. Ding. Ding. Prize goes to you. Now, I am not telling you to cut out your dirty little obsession. You want to know what Kendra is doing this week or who Kim is cough, cough, dating, you go right ahead. But I challenge you to spend an equal amount of time with God. An hour watching The Kardashians take New York? Ok, an hour with your Bible. Twenty minutes reading about Brangelina? Twenty minutes on your knees. I think we will all find ourselves looking forward to our time with the true Who’s Who. J
